   Independent consultancy building analytics, reporting, and automation tooling for small and mid-size businesses.

   • Design, build, and ship a multi-app SaaS analytics platform integrating Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini on Firebase and Google Cloud, owning each engagement end to end from discovery and requirements through architecture, build, deployment, and validation.
   • Long-running wealth-analytics engagement for a registered investment advisor and its in-house macro-research service: monthly performance attribution, trade-rebalancing reporting, portfolio weight analysis across model-portfolio households, and model-portfolio fact sheets and holdings summaries.
   • Wired the Redtail CRM API into a parameterized report pipeline so client-specific meeting content (holdings, allocations, review talking points) is populated from the system of record rather than assembled by hand.
   • Maintained the firm's diffusion-index risk indicator and reverse-engineered it from a manual Excel workbook into an automated R pipeline: sourcing every macro input (recession and labor, energy, monetary policy, equities), computing the summary statistics that scale each series, and turning a monthly spreadsheet process into a repeatable run that feeds the firm's risk-managed trading. Also sourced data, produced charts, and handled proofing and distribution of the firm's monthly investment commentary to its network of financial-advisor subscribers.
   • Evaluate each problem to decide whether rule-based automation, an LLM, or a hybrid agentic approach fits, then design the workflow, data flows, and system integrations to match.
   • Build automated, parameterized reporting pipelines from REST APIs (FRED, QuickBooks) and SQL, plus custom R Shiny applications on AWS for data exploration and client reporting.
   • Engineer for AI's real-world variability with validation, error handling, and fallback paths so features degrade gracefully on hallucinations and edge cases.

2. Office Manager

   Operations and process role at a growing HVAC company.

   • Designed operational processes and authored policies and procedures for technician dispatching and job workflows in ServiceFusion.
   • Ran a payroll audit and built payroll reporting in QuickBooks; created a simplified job categorization and status system and a pricing process to improve margins.
   • Implemented Podium AI voice and text agents to automate customer communications and lead capture, driving adoption across a non-technical team.

   • Worked the alert queue internal controls produced: reviewed the advisor-managed portfolios it flagged, investigated the patterns behind them, and took corrective action, under registered-principal authority delegated by the Supervision RVP.
   • Built an automated email messaging process to scale supervision across the region, and wrote and revised the suitability procedures it enforced per regulatory mandate.
   • Supervised IARs and financial advisors who ran their practices on Envestnet WMP: reviewed advisor trading, investment selection, and customer account reviews across UMA/SMA and model-portfolio accounts, including time-weighted vs money-weighted performance and risk-drift review.

   • Reviewed transaction and account suitability across every direct-report transaction in the region.
   • Monitored quantitative trends in recommendations and business practices, and enforced the internal controls behind them for FINRA and SEC compliance.
